As an innovation partner with distinctive development and systems expertise, we support our customers on the path to increasingly sustainable and connected mobility concepts from autonomous driving to alternative drives as well as charging systems.Job DescriptionPartner with leaders to design and implement employee strategies within their areas ofresponsibility.Act as the primary HR contact for assigned departments, providing expert guidance on HR-relatedmatters.Organize and manage data for Annual Salary Increases, FTE planning, and personnel costforecasting.Support strategic workforce planning and talent pipeline development.Coordinate with HR Recruiting to fulfil staffing needs and participate in interviews when required.Manage and coordinate HR-related topics and initiatives for the respective departments.Contribute to talent management and succession planning efforts.Assist leaders in salary change processes and training program selections.Facilitate exit processes and ensure smooth transitions.Coach and consult leaders on team development, leadership, and skill management.Evaluate future business needs and recommend appropriate HR measures.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related field(5-7) years of proven experience in a manufacturing industry as HR Business Partner or equivalentStrong experience in managing Labor Union relations and negotiationsExcellent analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesProfessional proficiency in English LanguageAbility to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
