Location: Egypt (Back Office Supporting KSA Operations)Department: Human ResourcesReports To: Talent Acquisition ManagerIndustry: Construction & EngineeringJob SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist or Senior Specialist to support the recruitment needs of our construction operations in Saudi Arabia (KSA) from our Egypt back-office. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and hiring qualified professionals across construction, engineering, project management, and corporate functions while ensuring compliance with company policies and KSA labor requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition:Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for KSA projects and corporate functions.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and job specifications.Prepare and post job advertisements on recruitment platforms, social media, and professional networks.Source candidates through databases, job boards, referrals, headhunting, and networking.Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.Coordinate technical and managerial interviews with hiring managers and project teams.Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Conduct reference checks and background verification as required.Prepare offer letters and support salary negotiations within approved budgets.Recruit for Engineering, Technical and non-technical positions.Ensure timely mobilization of candidates for Egypt Office & KSA projects.Recruitment Operations:Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems.Generate recruitment reports including hiring metrics, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring status.Coordinate visa, documentation, and onboarding requirements for selected candidates.Build and maintain talent pools for critical and hard-to-fill positions.Ensure compliance with company recruitment procedures and labor regulations.Employer Branding:Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.Promote the company through professional networking platforms and recruitment events.Develop relationships with universities, technical institutes, and recruitment agencies.Qualifications & Requirements.Education:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Experience1–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.Minimum 1-2 years of experience recruiting for construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects.Experience supporting GCC/KSA recruitment is highly preferred.Skills:Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.Knowledge of construction and engineering job roles.Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Bayt, Naukrigulf, and GulfTalent.Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Ability to manage multiple vacancies under tight deadlines.Language Requirements:Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).Key Competencies:Talent SourcingInterviewing & AssessmentRelationship BuildingNegotiation SkillsTime ManagementAttention to DetailProblem SolvingTeamworkConfidentiality & Professional EthicsKPIs:Time-to-Fill VacanciesCost-per-HireOffer Acceptance RateRecruitment SLA AchievementHiring Manager SatisfactionCandidate Experience RatingRetention Rate of New HiresNumber of Positions Closed MonthlyPreferred ExperienceRecruitment for large-scale construction, infrastructure, EPC, or real estate projects.Experience hiring for Saudi Arabia and GCC markets.Knowledge of KSA labor market trends, visa processes, and Saudization requirements.Employment Type: Full-TimeWork Location: Egypt (Supporting KSA Operations)Industry: Construction / Engineering / Infrastructure / Real Estate Development
