Manage day-to-day HR operations Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and regulations is a must Handle payroll processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness Manage personnel activities (contracts, records, employee files, social insurance, etc.) Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes Handle employee relations and performance management support Maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation Medical & Social Insurance Continuous learning and development opportunities Work-life balance with weekends off (Friday & Saturday) Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 3+ years of HR experience Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law is mandatory Proven experience in payroll and personnel management and Recruitment Solid background in HR operations Fluent English (written and spoken) Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
