Administer and coordinate day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws.Manage employee records, attendance, and leave tracking to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.Facilitate performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.Assist in the resolution of employee grievances and disciplinary matters, promoting a positive work environment.Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and organizational capability.Oversee benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and workforce planning.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations within the workplace.Collaborate with management to support organizational change and drive employee engagement initiatives.
