Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to take full ownership of our human resources function. You will be responsible for managing all HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, compliance, documentation, and day-to-day HR administration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to build and streamline HR systems from the ground up.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage end-to-end hiring: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboardingWork with department heads to identify staffing needs and job descriptionsCreate and maintain recruitment pipelinesPayroll & HR AdministrationPrepare and process monthly payroll, including allowances, deductions, and bonusesTrack attendance, leaves, overtime, and ensure timely salary disbursementMaintain and update employee records, contracts, and documentationEmployee Relations & PerformanceSupport employee engagement, handle grievances professionallyCoordinate performance reviews and probation assessmentsEnsure smooth offboarding and exit interviewsHR Policy & ComplianceMaintain up-to-date HR policies aligned with labor lawEnsure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirementsPrepare employment letters, warning notices, and policy updatesRequirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar roleSolid knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practicesHands-on experience with payroll processingStrong organizational and multitasking skillsHigh level of integrity, discretion, and professionalismProficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR software is a plusPreferred AttributesExperience working in small-to-mid-sized companiesAbility to work independently and take initiativeStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving mindset and attention to detail
