About the InternshipThis internship offers practical HR and consulting experience, where you will contribute to talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, and employer branding initiatives.What You’ll DoAs part of the Human Resources team, you will:Support recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.Assist in conducting initial HR interviews and maintaining candidate pipelines.Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth employee experience.Assist in HR operations, including maintaining employee records and documentation.Contribute to HR reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.Support employee engagement activities and internal events.Collaborate with team members and build professional relationships across departments. QualificationMajor in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.Minimum GPA of 3.2, or 1.7 on the German scale.Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (highly preferred).English and Arabic communication fluency in both written and verbal.A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
