An expanding ERP and digital transformation company is seeking an HR Manager to lead and evolve its People & Culture function in alignment with business growth and organizational development objectives. The role is responsible for driving modern HR practices across people operations, organizational development, talent management, employee experience, workforce planning, performance management, and HR operations while building scalable people processes that support a high-performance and growth-oriented environment.The ideal candidate will act as a strategic HR partner to management, lead HR operations and people initiatives, support organizational effectiveness, and contribute to building a strong employee experience and culture within a fast-paced technology environment.Job Responsibilities:Lead and manage the company’s HR operations, people practices, and employee lifecycle activities across different business functions.Partner with management and department leaders to support organizational growth, workforce planning, team effectiveness, and people-related decision-making.Oversee recruitment operations and talent acquisition activities in coordination with the Talent Acquisition function and business stakeholders.Develop and enhance HR policies, organizational processes, employee experience initiatives, and people operations frameworks.Lead performance management, employee engagement, and culture enhancement initiatives.Manage employee relations matters, coaching discussions, conflict resolution, and HR-related escalations professionally and effectively.Ensure compliance with labor law requirements, internal governance practices, and HR operational standards.Monitor HR metrics, workforce insights, organizational challenges, and people trends to support continuous improvement and informed decision-making. 8–10 years of progressive experience in HR, People & Culture, Human Resources Management, or related roles.Strong experience in HR operations, talent management, and people management practices.A strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition management is a must.Strong leadership, business partnering, stakeholder management, coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational management abilities.Experience in ERP, software, technology, consulting, or fast-paced professional services environments is highly preferred.Experience with HR systems, HR analytics, and modern HR operational tools is preferred.Very good verbal and written communication skills in English.
