Responsibilities:Lead and develop comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives.Oversee all aspects of recruitment and talent acquisition, from sourcing to onboarding.Manage and optimize personnel administration, including payroll, benefits, and HRIS.Develop and implement effective employee relations programs, fostering a positive work environment.Drive performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and professional development plans.Ensure compliance with all relevant Egyptian Labor Laws and regulations.Champion organizational development initiatives and cultural programs.Provide expert guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.Handle complex employee grievances and disciplinary actions with fairness and professionalism.Skills & Technologies: You will leverage your expertise in Human Resources (HR), Recruitment, and Personnel Management daily.
