Lead end-to-end executive and mid-to-senior level searches for roles across Egypt, GCC, Levant, and key African markets (e.g., Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa).Use advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, niche boards, professional networks, industry events, direct search) to engage passive candidates.Build and maintain a proprietary talent pipeline for hard-to-fill, leadership, and niche skill roles across the MEA region.Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand regional talent landscapes, competitor mappings, and market intelligence.Track regional recruitment KPIs: time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, and diversity.Provide regular talent acquisition dashboards to regional leadership.Support the annual performance cycle (goal setting, mid-year and year-end reviews) across regional teams.Administer performance management system (e.g., reminders, form distribution, data entry).Help managers document performance improvement plans (PIPs) as needed, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.Generate basic performance data reports and assist in linking performance outcomes with recruitment insights (e.g., internal talent mobility). Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in executive search or agency headhunting (in-house with heavy sourcing focus also considered).Proven track record of hiring mid-to-senior level roles across multiple MEA countries.Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, alternative search methods).Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work across cultures and time zones.Fluent English (written and spoken); Arabic or French is a strong plus.Familiarity with basic performance management concepts and tools.
