Oversee end-to-end HR operations for factory and industrial staff.Ensure effective manpower planning aligned with production plans.Manage attendance, shifts, overtime, and workforce utilization.Support production continuity by minimizing absenteeism and turnover.Manage labor relations with workers, supervisors, and union representatives.Ensure full compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and GCC labor requirements.Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and dispute resolution.Ensure proper documentation and legal compliance in all HR practices.Lead recruitment for industrial roles (technicians, operators, supervisors, engineers).Support seasonal and project-based manpower needs.Maintain a reliable pipeline of skilled industrial talent.Implement performance management systems for factory and workshop staff.Align individual KPIs with production, quality, safety, and efficiency targets.Support supervisors and production managers in performance evaluation.Coordinate payroll, incentives, overtime, and shift allowances.Support productivity-linked incentives and attendance schemes.Ensure fairness and consistency across industrial grades and roles.Coordinate with L&D on technical, safety, and compliance training.Ensure mandatory HSE training and certifications are completed.Support skills development for technicians and shop-floor supervisors.Drive engagement initiatives suited to industrial environments.Address worker welfare, accommodation, transportation, and facilities.Conduct employee surveys and engagement forums.Track industrial HR KPIs.Prepare reports for management and recommend improvement actions.Support audits and inspections (internal and external). Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.8–12 years of HR experience, with at least 5-7 years in industrial/manufacturing HR.Strong experience in factories environments is a Must.Experience across Egypt labor law; GCC exposure is a strong advantage.Experience working with blue-collar and technical workforce.Fluency in English required.Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of labor law and industrial relations.High conflict resolution and negotiation skills.Strong operational mindset with attention to detail.Ability to work in high-pressure, production-driven environments.Excellent communication skills with shop-floor and management levels.Strong HR systems and reporting skills.
