Design and drive performance management frameworks and employee development plans. Foster employee engagement and a strong company culture. Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws. Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational growth. Track and analyze HR metrics to support strategic decision-making.
