Job PurposeTo ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and legal compliance of all HR operational processes, including payroll, personnel administration, HR data integrity, and regulatory compliance, while managing the company’s medical insurance system and delivering effective HR operational services to employees.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and execute the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy of all payroll components.Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee files and social insurance documentation.Maintain the integrity and accuracy of HR data and employee records.Deliver HR operational services to employees accurately and in a timely manner.Coordinate and supervise the operational tasks of the HR Coordinator.Manage the company’s medical insurance system, including monitoring service quality, analyzing utilization, preparing comparative studies, and managing renewal processes.Handle Recruitment Activities from Job posting, Sourcing, and Scheduling interviews Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in HR operations, including payroll and personnel administration.Strong knowledge of labor laws, social insurance, and HR operational practices.Experience in managing medical insurance programs is preferred.Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
