Prepare monthly payroll and income tax calculations. Handle personnel administration, social insurance, medical insurance, and labor office requirements. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Design and manage Performance Management and KPI systems. Prepare job descriptions and organizational structures when required. Support employee relations and disciplinary procedures. Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management. Manage HR operations for multiple client accounts while ensuring compliance with Egyptian Labor Law. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field. 5+ years of comprehensive HR experience. Managing multiple companies simultaneouslyStrong knowledge of: Recruitment Personnel Administration Payroll Social Insurance Medical Insurance Labor Law Performance Management KPIs HR Policies Excellent Excel skills. Experience using HRIS or payroll systems. Strong communication and client relationship skills.
