*Job Purpose*Drive sales of kitchen units and furniture by advising clients, preparing designs & quotations, and closing deals to achieve monthly sales targets.*Key Responsibilities*1. *Client Consultation*: Welcome walk-in clients, understand needs, space, budget, and style preferences.2. *Design & Quotation*: Prepare 2D/3D layout proposals using design software, select materials/finishes, and issue detailed quotations.3. *Sales Process*: Follow up on leads, negotiate prices, close deals, and collect down payments per company policy.4. *Coordination*: Liaise with technical office & production for site measurements, shop drawings, and delivery/installation schedule.5. *After-Sales*: Handle client inquiries, snagging issues, and ensure customer satisfaction for referrals.6. *Showroom*: Maintain display cleanliness, update samples, and report on market trends & competitor activity.*Requirements*- *Experience*: 2-5 years in kitchen, wardrobe, or furniture sales. Experience with custom-made joinery preferred.- *Skills*: Strong communication & negotiation, customer-focused, target-driven.- *Software*: MS Office + design software: SketchUp, AutoCAD, 2020 Design, or Promob.- *Education*: Diploma/Bachelor preferred. Interior Design background is a plus.- *Knowledge*: Materials: MDF, HPL, Acrylic, Wood Veneer, Hardware: Blum, Hettich, etc.*KPIs*Monthly sales target achievement, Conversion rate, Customer satisfaction, Average deal value.
