Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage all personnel activities and employee recordsMaintain and update employee files (hiring, termination, promotions, transfers, etc.)Handle social insurance and medical insurance processes efficientlyPrepare, review, and manage employment contracts and legal documentsMonitor attendance, leaves, overtime, and ensure accurate payroll inputsEnsure full compliance with Egyptian labor law and internal policiesCoordinate with other departments to support HR operationsHandle employee inquiries related to personnel mattersEnsure proper documentation and archiving of all HR records Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field3 to 6 years of experience in Personnel Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social InsuranceExperience in handling personnel files and employee documentationFamiliarity with attendance systems, payroll, and HR softwareStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and problem-solving skills
