HR Specialist " Males Only "

We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist to handle full HR operations for both white-collar and blue-collar employees within the FMCG industry.The role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance with Egyptian labor law. Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for white & blue collar positionsHandle onboarding, contracts, and personnel filesImplement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor lawManage attendance, shifts, leaves, and disciplinary actions (especially for blue collar)Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issuesSupport training, engagement, and retention initiativesPrepare HR reports . Job RequirementsJob Requirements:Males Only +2y of experience as HR Generalist perfred ( industry FMCG perfred background )Proven experience handling blue & white collar employeesStrong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and HR practicesGood communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced operational environmentPerfed HR diplomaProficiency in MS Office (HR systems experience is a plus)
