Role Description:1)Coordinate and manage the recruitment and selection process.2)Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.3)Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.4)Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs.5)Assist with performance management processes and employee evaluations.6)Address employee inquiries and resolve workplace issues.7)Support employee engagement, retention, and wellness initiatives.8)Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.9)Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation.10)Coordinate training and development programs.11)Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.12) Support disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution when necessary. Qualifications:*Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.*2–5 years of HR experience *Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.*Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.*Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.*Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Preferred Skills:*HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.*Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.*Attention to details and strong analytical skills.*Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
