Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.Manage employee performance evaluation and development programs.Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and employee relations issues professionally.Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.Collaborate with department heads to support workforce planning and training initiatives.Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee records.Monitor and manage the One Click HR system to ensure accurate and updated employee data.Represent the company at job fairs, career days, and external events to enhance employer branding.Supervise the monthly payroll process to ensure timely and accurate salary payments.Oversee the issuance of monthly allowances and overtime payments in accordance with company policy.Ensure that bank accounts are opened for all factory employees.Verify that all recruitment processes align with the approved manpower plan and salary structure.Conduct interviews with candidates to select the most qualified employees and explore new recruitment channels.Follow up on employment procedures and ensure the completion of employee files.Review and update the manpower status and reports regularly.Ensure that every position has a clear job description and performance indicators (KPIs).Conduct internal investigations when necessary and ensure fair procedures.Follow up with external authorities and government agencies (e.g., labor office, social insurance, etc.).Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee turnover rates to identify root causes.Follow up on training needs assessment and select appropriate training service providers.Prepare and manage the annual training budget.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and measure outcomes.Coordinate with technical schools to establish training programs for students.Prepare and submit HR reports and required data to management accurately and on time.
