The candidate will be responsible for monitoring daily factory operations and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental procedures across production, reactors, solvent storage, warehouses, utilities, and firefighting systems.The role includes ensuring proper handling, storage, labeling, and disposal of chemicals, solvents, hazardous materials, and hazardous waste, as well as conducting safety inductions, toolbox talks, internal HSE audits, and regular inspection rounds.The candidate will also follow up on PPE usage, investigate incidents, near misses, unsafe acts, and environmental non-compliances, prepare corrective action reports, and support fire safety, emergency response, evacuation drills, risk assessments, and spill control procedures.In addition, the role requires maintaining HSE records, audit reports, inspection checklists, permits, waste records, and legal documentation, while coordinating with Production, Maintenance, QC, Warehouse, and Management to improve overall HSE performance. Bachelor’s degree or relevant HSE / safety qualification.3–7 years of experience in industrial HSE, preferably in chemical, resin, paint, or solvent-based manufacturing.Good knowledge of chemical hazards, fire safety, PPE, risk assessment, emergency response, and environmental compliance.Good knowledge of HSE legal requirements, civil defense requirements, and regulatory compliance.Familiarity with safety permits such as hot work, confined space, and maintenance permits.Basic awareness of NFPA standards and fire protection requirements is preferred.Experience in internal HSE audits, inspection reports, and corrective action follow-up.Good knowledge of firefighting equipment inspection and maintenance follow-up.Strong communication, observation, and reporting skills.OSHA / NEBOSH certification is a plus.
