HSE Supervisor

Job Summary:We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HSE Coordinator to join our Head Office team. The successful candidate will provide administrative and coordination support to the HSE function, ensuring accurate documentation, reporting, record management, and communication between project sites and the corporate HSE department.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and organize HSE records, files, reports, and databases.Coordinate the collection and consolidation of HSE reports from project sites.Prepare HSE statistics, dashboards, presentations, and monthly reports.Track HSE training records, certifications, and competency matrices.Support the preparation and submission of HSE documentation required by clients and regulatory authorities.Follow up on audit findings, corrective actions, and document updates.Ensure proper document control for HSE procedures, forms, policies, and manuals.Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes of meetings, and track action items.Assist in maintaining HSE management system documentation and compliance records.Support the Corporate HSE team in administrative and coordination activities across all projects.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.6–8 years of experience in administration, document control, or HSE coordination, preferably within EPC, construction, or engineering environments.Strong document management and reporting skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.Good communication and coordination skills.Experience with HSE management systems and documentation is an advantage.If interested, please send your updated resume in a PDF format to: jobs@madkour.com.eg mentioning the job title in the e-mail subject.
