Factory Manager - LV Panels

Job Purpose:The Factory Manager is responsible for overseeing all manufacturing operations within the Low Voltage (LV) factory, ensuring efficient production, high-quality output, safety compliance, and cost optimization while meeting delivery timelines.Key Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and control daily production activities.Optimize production processes and reduce downtime and waste.Monitor workflow and ensure smooth coordination between departments.Improve factory productivity and operational efficiency.Ensure all products meet LV industry standards and customer specifications.Ensure compliance with local industrial laws and LV industry standards.Manage, train, and develop factory staff and supervisors.Conduct performance evaluations and manpower planning.Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure material availability. Manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.10–15+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in LV / electrical panels industry.Strong knowledge of LV systems (switchgear, panels, distribution boards, etc.).Proven experience in factory/production management.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Familiar with Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma is a plus.If interested, please send your updated resume in a PDF format to: jobs@madkour.com.eg mentioning the job title in the e-mail subject.
