Mechanical QC Engineer

Job Summary:The Mechanical QC Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all mechanical equipment, materials, and installation activities comply with project specifications, applicable codes, and quality standards. The role includes conducting inspections, reviewing quality documentation, witnessing Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), coordinating with vendors and project teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality mechanical systems throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:▪ Conduct quality inspections for mechanical equipment and installation works.▪ Review and verify Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), quality records, and technical documentation.▪ Witness and monitor Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) at manufacturers' facilities to ensure compliance with project requirements and approved specifications.▪ Prepare FAT reports and coordinate with vendors to resolve any identified non-conformities.▪ Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning activities at site.▪ Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and quality procedures.▪ Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors on quality-related matters.▪ Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions and maintain all quality records.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.2–5 years of experience in Quality Control within Energy, Power, or EPC projects.Strong knowledge of international quality standards, inspection procedures, and quality management systems.Experience in mechanical equipment, piping systems, utilities, and industrial installations.Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.If interested, please send your updated resume in a PDF format to: jobs@madkour.com.eg mentioning the job title in the e-mail subject.
