.Role Description The Human Resources Administration Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role supports day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes. The assistant helps coordinate interviews, schedule meetings, and support HR-related communications across the organization. Daily tasks include handling administrative duties such as filing, data entry, document tracking, and maintaining HR systems and databases. The role also involves responding to employee inquiries, supporting benefits and attendance processes, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth HR and administrative workflows.Qualifications Foundational Human Resources (HR) knowledge, including employee records management, basic labor regulations awareness, and support for recruitment and onboarding activities.Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities, including calendar management, document preparation, data entry, and organized file maintenance.Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally with team members at all levels.Customer Service skills to respond promptly and courteously to employee requests, resolve basic issues, and ensure a positive internal service experience.Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy in handling sensitive information and HR documentation.Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and the ability to learn HR information systems quickly.Prior experience in an HR support or administrative role is preferred; experience in a multinational or fast-paced environment is an advantage.Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
