Role OverviewYou will own the full recruitment cycle for our technical and site teams. You’ll work directly with our Engineering & Technical Office teams to hire for projects in construction, architecture, and infrastructure.Key Responsibilities1. Source, screen, interview, and close candidates for Engineering roles.2. Target Engineers, Site Engineers, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and Roads/Infrastructure professionals.3. Work closely with Engineering teams to understand JD requirements for construction and architectural projects.4. Build a strong pipeline of candidates in the Construction & Engineering sector.*Requirements:*1.Experience: 2+ years in Recruitment, with proven experience in Engineering, Construction is a must.2. Familiar with roles like Technical Office Engineer, Civil, Architecture, BOQ, Shop Drawings. 3. Strong sourcing skills and existing Engineering network preferred.4.
