.Role Description The Junior Operation Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role supports daily operations by coordinating schedules, tracking tasks, and ensuring that internal processes run smoothly and on time. The coordinator will assist with administrative activities such as preparing documents, updating databases, organizing files, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities include responding to internal and external inquiries, supporting customer service needs, and escalating issues to senior team members when required. The role also involves monitoring operational performance indicators, preparing basic reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and improve workflow.Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to track data, identify trends, and support problem-solving in daily operations.Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with internal teams, customers, and external partners.Foundational Operations Management knowledge to help coordinate tasks, follow procedures, and support process optimization.Customer Service skills to handle inquiries professionally, manage expectations, and support a positive stakeholder experience.Administrative Assistance abilities, including organizing documents, maintaining records, and managing schedules and basic reporting.Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and basic data entry tools.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow within an operations-focused role.
