Hiring: Senior Technical Engineer (WiFi, Firewall) / NOC & Command Center SupportLocation📍 Egypt (Hybrid/Onsite)Eligibility🇪🇬 Egyptian Nationals OnlyExperience7–12 YearsEmployment TypeFull-Time / Long-Term OpportunityJob OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Engineer (WiFi, Firewall) / NOC & Command Center Support professional to join our enterprise network operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in enterprise WiFi technologies, next-generation firewalls, and major incident management within large-scale production environments.This role requires hands-on troubleshooting, incident leadership, and collaboration across NOC, security, vendor, and customer teams to ensure high availability and operational excellence.Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesServe as the L3 escalation point for complex WiFi and firewall incidents impacting production environments.Lead P1/P2 major incident bridges, ensuring rapid triage, RCA support, and timely service restoration.Manage and troubleshoot enterprise WiFi environments including controller/AP health, RF optimization, and authentication issues.Administer and support next-generation firewalls including policy management, NAT, VPN, and threat analysis.Perform packet captures, log analysis, and deep-dive troubleshooting across multiple domains.Execute high-risk network changes with accurate MOPs, rollback procedures, and post-change validation.Monitor WiFi and firewall platforms using tools such as Prime, ClearPass, Panorama, or equivalent platforms.Conduct performance tuning, capacity analysis, and regular service health assessments.Collaborate with TDT, TIM, NOC, security, vendors, and customer teams to maintain service continuity.Maintain SOPs, KEDB articles, configuration documentation, and audit-ready operational records.Required Skills & QualificationsStrong expertise in enterprise WiFi platforms such as Cisco WLC and Aruba Mobility.Solid understanding of RF technologies and 802.11 wireless standards.Hands-on experience with next-generation firewalls including Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Cisco ASA/FTD.Good understanding of authentication technologies including 802.1X/RADIUS, NAC/ISE, VPN/IPSec, and security fundamentals.Strong knowledge of routing, switching, and network troubleshooting principles.Experience with monitoring tools and centralized network management platforms.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Ability to lead technical bridges and manage high-pressure incident scenarios.Strong documentation skills and adherence to ITIL processes and operational standards.Preferred CertificationsCCNP (Wireless/Security)NSE4 / NSE5PCNSA / PCNSECWNPITIL FoundationWhat We’re Looking ForStrong ownership mindset and operational excellenceAbility to work in mission-critical enterprise environmentsStrong stakeholder communication and coordination skillsProven experience handling major incidents and service restoration activitiesInterested candidates, please share:Updated CV/ResumeCurrent LocationNotice PeriodCurrent & Expected SalaryContact DetailsCertification Details
