Hiring in Egypt – Telecom Network Professionals📍 Location: Egypt 👤 Nationality Requirement: Egyptian Nationals OnlyWe are currently hiring for the following positions within a leading telecommunications environment:Solution ConsultantLocal Delivery Manager (LDM)If you have strong telecom, networking, and customer-facing experience, we would like to hear from you.1️⃣ Solution ConsultantA Solution Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting complex network and IT infrastructure solutions for enterprise customers. This role requires strong technical expertise along with customer-facing consulting experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement enterprise network solutions including:LAN / WANSD-WANMPLSPoint-to-point leased linesHandle L2/L3 technical troubleshooting and major incident management.Work directly with customers as a technical SME and trusted advisor.Manage Cisco Data Center environments including Nexus Series Switches (2K–9K) and Cisco DNA/ISE.Prepare RCA reports, technical documentation, and infrastructure improvement recommendations.Required Skills & Experience10+ years of experience in IT/Telecommunications, preferably in Service Integrator (SI) environments.Strong expertise in:IP/TCP NetworkingBGP, OSPF, ISISSecurity conceptsHands-on experience with:VXLANMPLSACIFabric PathSTPOTVExperience with Cisco UCS and Data Center technologies.Cisco certifications such as CCNA, CCDP, or equivalent preferred.2️⃣ Local Delivery Manager (LDM)The Local Delivery Manager (LDM) is responsible for the end-to-end implementation and delivery of telecom customer service orders within a specific geographic area. The role acts as the key coordination point between customers, carriers, and technical teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full service order lifecycle from request validation to final handover.Coordinate local loops, routers, modems, and telecom equipment with local carriers and third-party vendors.Manage delivery timelines including:Target Delivery Date (TDD)Lead Time to Connect (LTC)Coordinate testing, implementation, and customer acceptance activities.Act as SPOC for customers and manage escalations proactively.Provide regular project and delivery status updates.Required Skills & Experience5–7 years of experience in telecommunications, delivery coordination, or project management.Strong understanding of:SD-WANMPLSVPNDSLLease linesRouters & ModemsStrong organizational and customer management skills.Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced telecom environments.Degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field preferred.Fluent English communication is mandatory.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Customer Satisfaction (CSAT/NPS)Delivery accuracy and provisioning database updatesQuality of first-time installationsOn-time service delivery performance📩 Interested candidates can share their updated CV along with:Current LocationYears of ExperienceNotice PeriodExpected SalaryCertifications (if applicable)⚠️ Only Egyptian nationals will be considered for these opportunities.
