Fawaterak is integrated with more than 15 payment methods, including major cards, mobile wallets, and local payment services in Egypt.It's technology is developed in-house and supported by strong partnerships with leading banks and financial institutions, creating a secure and scalable environment for business growth.Role Description The Human Resources Executive and Office Admin will manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee records, HR documentation, and coordination of HR policies and procedures. This role will handle employee relations matters, support performance management processes, and assist in recruitment activities such as screening candidates and scheduling interviews. The position also covers office administration tasks, including coordinating office supplies and services, organizing meetings, maintaining office filing systems, and supporting internal communications. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Giza, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.QualificationsStrong Human Resources (HR) foundation, including understanding of HR Management principles and HR Policies.Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including onboarding, documentation, and maintaining accurate employee records.Ability to manage Employee Relations with professionalism, confidentiality, and a focus on a positive workplace culture.Office administration skills, including organizing meetings, managing supplies, and maintaining efficient office systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.Proficiency in MS Office and comfort working with HR systems or databases.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Experience in fintech, payments, or technology-driven companies is an advantage.
