We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist / HR Manager to join our growing team in Giza. This role is responsible for managing core HR functions across recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, personnel administration, employee relations, attendance, legal documentation, and daily HR operations.The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on HR experience, a good understanding of Egyptian labor law, and the ability to build a structured, compliant, and employee-focused work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage recruitment and hiring processes from job posting to onboarding Handle onboarding and offboarding processes professionally and efficiently Manage personnel administration, employee files, contracts, and HR documentation Follow up on attendance, leave, lateness, absence, and working hours Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law, internal policies, and employee-related legal requirements Support payroll preparation through accurate HR records, attendance inputs, and employee status updates Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, discipline matters, and day-to-day HR issues Support employee engagement, retention, and loyalty initiatives Assist in performance follow-up and implementation of HR policies and procedures Maintain organized HR records and support HR reporting Use HR systems effectively, with strong preference for experience in Odoo HR modules 5–10 years of progressive HR experience Strong experience in recruitment, personnel management, attendance follow-up, and employee relations Good practical knowledge of Egyptian labor law, contracts, social insurance, and employee documentation Experience handling both the legal and operational aspects of HR Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and conflict-handling skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience with Odoo HR is highly preferred Preferred QualificationsExperience in IT companies, cyber security, system integration, managed services, or technology-driven environments is strongly preferred Exposure to or experience in the Saudi market is a strong advantage Experience supporting growing organizations with technical teams is highly valuable
