As our Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management. You will be a key point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance and support on HR policies and procedures.Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires.manages the end-to-end hiring process, from identifying staffing needs with managers to sourcing,responsible for posting job openings, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), negotiating offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience to attract top talent.screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.Administer employee benefits programs and compensation plans.Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues.Manage performance management processes, including performance reviews and development plans.Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, recruitment is a must Skills: A strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems.Knowledge: Familiarity with Egyptian Labor Law.Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.HR: Proven experience in HR Generalist .
