The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.ResponsibilitiesUpdate employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment statusProcess employees’ queries and respond promptlyAssist in talent acquisition and recruitment processesProvide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may ariseAssist in the development and implementation of human resource policiesPrepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month using HRISReport on payroll expenses· Support business KPIs development and monitoring.· Identification and development of KPIs.· Identify and select needed business performance indicators.· Design KPI card and offline simulation.· Develop all relevant KPIs details like Targets, baseline, frequency, etc through research, studies and benchmarking.· Collect KPIs Data.· KPIs data collection and ensure data quality· Monitor and analyze overall & functional performance, identify performance gaps and develop corporate performanceEnter new employees’ data (e.g. bank accounts and financial; details) into HRISStay up-to-date and comply with changes in labour legislationRequirements:Proven work experience as an HR SpecialistHands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)Solid understanding of labour legislation and payroll processFamiliarity with full-cycle recruitingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood problem-solving abilitiesBSc in Business Administration or a relevant field with 4 - 6 years of experienceLives in Cairo (preferred)Company BenefitsLearning opportunitiesOpportunities to growAdvantageous packageSocial InsuranceCompany DescriptionYanabea for Training and Development was launched in January 2017 to provide educational and training services, as well as advisory solutions for both for-profit and non-profit business projects.
