You will lead organizational development, optimize workflows, strengthen performance management, recruit outstanding talent, and build the leadership capabilities required to support Grand Style’s continued growth.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Systems & Organizational Development: Design, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, systems, SOPs, and best practices that support business objectives.Organizational Design & Workflow Optimization: Analyze organizational structure, identify operational gaps and inefficiencies, and lead restructuring initiatives to improve productivity, accountability, and collaboration.Talent Acquisition & Leadership Recruitment: Develop and execute a high-quality recruitment strategy focused on attracting exceptional professionals and experienced department leaders.Performance Management: Build a culture of accountability and high performance through effective goal setting, performance reviews, coaching, and development plans.Leadership Development & Succession Planning: Develop leadership capabilities, identify high-potential talent, and establish succession plans for key positions.Strategic Business Partnership: Partner with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with business strategy, operational excellence, and long-term growth.Employee Relations & Compliance: Foster a professional workplace culture while ensuring full compliance with Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.QualificationsExperience: 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including organizational restructuring, HR system implementation, and leadership recruitment. Experience within manufacturing, luxury retail, or fast-growing organizations is highly preferred.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
