As we continue expanding our operations and strengthening our position in local and international markets, we are looking for a strategic Human Resources Manager to build world-class people systems and help shape the next chapter of our growth.The RoleThis is a strategic leadership position for an HR professional who understands that outstanding organizations are built through exceptional people, efficient systems, and strong operational discipline.As Human Resources Manager, you will work closely with executive leadership to transform HR into a true business partner. You will lead organizational development, optimize workflows, strengthen performance management, recruit outstanding talent, and build the leadership capabilities required to support Grand Style’s continued growth.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Systems & Organizational Development: Design, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, systems, SOPs, and best practices that support business objectives.Organizational Design & Workflow Optimization: Analyze organizational structure, identify operational gaps and inefficiencies, and lead restructuring initiatives to improve productivity, accountability, and collaboration.Talent Acquisition & Leadership Recruitment: Develop and execute a high-quality recruitment strategy focused on attracting exceptional professionals and experienced department leaders.Performance Management: Build a culture of accountability and high performance through effective goal setting, performance reviews, coaching, and development plans.Leadership Development & Succession Planning: Develop leadership capabilities, identify high-potential talent, and establish succession plans for key positions.Strategic Business Partnership: Partner with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with business strategy, operational excellence, and long-term growth.Employee Relations & Compliance: Foster a professional workplace culture while ensuring full compliance with Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.QualificationsExperience: 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including organizational restructuring, HR system implementation, and leadership recruitment. Experience within manufacturing, luxury retail, or fast-growing organizations is highly preferred.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
