Team members are encouraged to support continuous improvement across operations, from product development to customer experience.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in Qesm Badr. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role involves partnering with department leaders to forecast hiring needs, create job descriptions, conduct interviews, and develop retention strategies. The Human Resources Manager will also design and implement HR policies, compensation and benefits programs, and employee engagement initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing employee relations, handling investigations, maintaining accurate HR records, and preparing HR reports to support strategic decision-making.QualificationsDemonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance requirements, and best practices in workplace policies and procedures.Proven ability to design and implement HR processes, including compensation and benefits administration and HR documentation.Excellent interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and communication skills, with the ability to build trust at all organizational levels.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS), standard office software, and basic data analysis for HR reporting.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, PHR) are an advantage.Previous experience as an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or cosmetics industries.Ability to work on-site in Qesm Badr and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
