NOK Human Capital is currently hiring on behalf of a leading company in the travel and tourism sector for the position of HR Manager based in El Sheikh Zayed City, Giza.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee the full Human Resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, personnel administration, and compliance with Egyptian labor laws. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing HR strategies that support business growth while ensuring smooth daily HR operations.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the full HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, personnel administration, payroll coordination, and employee relationsDevelop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with Egyptian Labor LawManage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboardingOversee employee records, contracts, attendance, leave management, and payroll inputsEnsure compliance with Social Insurance and labor authorities regulationsSupport managers in performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee-related mattersPrepare HR reports including headcount, turnover, recruitment status, and compliance updatesMaintain confidentiality and ensure accurate HR documentationRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field5–7 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or senior HR roleExperience in the Tourism, Travel, or Hospitality industry is a Must.Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, payroll, personnel, and Social InsuranceHR certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHRi, or CIPD are preferredVery good to excellent command of English (written and spoken)Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel and HRIS system experience is preferredResidence in or near El Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October, or Giza is preferredLocation: El Sheikh Zayed City, Giza
