The Human Resources Specialist will support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance support, and offboarding processes. The role involves administering HR policies and procedures, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards. The specialist will manage day-to-day personnel matters such as attendance, contracts, and documentation, as well as coordinate employee benefits and respond to related inquiries. Responsibilities also include assisting with HR projects, supporting training and development initiatives, contributing to a positive workplace culture, and serving as a point of contact for HR-related questions.Qualifications Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience supporting the full employee lifecycle.Solid understanding of HR Policies and local labor regulations, with the ability to implement and communicate them clearly.Experience managing Employee Benefits, including enrollment, documentation, and employee support.Proficiency in Personnel Management, including records management, contracts, and day-to-day employee relations.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, high ethical standards, and strong attention to detail.Proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS) and common office software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace).Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks on-site.Previous experience in hospitality, travel, or event-related industries is a plus.
