Job Title: HR Operations Specialist Location: Egypt Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years Working Days: 5 Days / Week (2 Days Off) Salary & Benefits: Competitive Salary Package + BenefitsJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our team in Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling employee relations, managing day-to-day HR operations, and ensuring compliance with Egyptian labor laws. This role requires someone who can effectively support employees, resolve workplace issues, and manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding and offboarding processesHandle employee relations, address concerns, and resolve workplace issues professionallyEnsure full compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and internal HR policiesMaintain accurate employee records and HR documentationSupport payroll coordination, attendance, and leave managementPrepare HR letters (offer letters, contracts, warnings, termination letters, etc.)Conduct employee onboarding sessions and exit interviewsMonitor employee engagement and support a positive work environmentCoordinate with management on HR strategies and operational improvementsEnsure smooth day-to-day HR activities and administrative processesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in HR OperationsStrong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and HR best practicesProven experience in employee relations and conflict resolutionExperience in onboarding and offboarding processesGood understanding of payroll basics and HR systemsKey Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication skillsProblem-solving and conflict resolution abilitiesHigh level of professionalism and confidentialityOrganizational and time management skillsAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to work under pressure and handle multiple tasksProficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)Experience with HR systems/HRMS is a plusWhat We Offer:Competitive salary packageProfessional and supportive work environmentCareer growth and development opportunitiesWork-life balance (5 working days / 2 days off)
