Assist with the full cycle of recruitment and selection processes, from drafting job descriptions to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.Maintain and update personnel records and ensure compliance with labor law regulations.Provide support in managing employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and administrative procedures.Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.Prepare HR-related reports and presentations using Microsoft Office suite.Support internal communication efforts to foster a transparent and engaging workplace culture.Engage in preliminary employee relations activities, promoting a harmonious work environment. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Commerce, Law, or a related field is essential.Experience: 0-2 years of experience in administration, human resources, or a relevant business environment, demonstrating a foundational understanding of HR principles. Very good in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and professionally.Ability to build rapport, manage relationships, and contribute positively to Employee Relations.Eagerness to learn about Onboarding processes and familiarity with HRIS systems.
