Main tasks:Tracking closely 2nd delivery material and EX33 material till material are dispatchedUpdate Air shipment overview and follow up custom clearance process to ensure the clearance is within the agreed Lead time targetReview shipments documents for customs entries and coordinating with customs clearance broker.Completing shipments documents on the share drivePrepare Packing lists and share them with stakeholders for material lists checksSend Goods receiving forms and notes to the warehouses and acc. Department and update IDC sheetCoordinate with Ex33 and customs broker to prepare Cargo X ‘ documents for Air shipments for (MB and EGA)Prepare and coordinate supporting documents required for customs clearance, form 4Support in placing Ex33 orders and follow up material arrivalSupport in follow up sea shipments and pre alertsFollow up sea shipments delivery to plant in arrangement with assembler fore receiving and preparations based on capacityIn case of insurance claim, record all damages and details to inform the insurance company.Participate in the Damage inspection process with the Insurance agent and provide additional information.Arrange with insurance surveyor any needed visits or actions.Issue the Insurance Claim weekly and following the re-imbursement process.Follow up with the insurance company until claim settlement.Qualifications:Educational BackgroundBachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent from a reputable university.Technical Knowledge1- 2 years’ experience in Customs Clearance ProcessSoft Skills/Individual CompetenceExcellent Command of English LanguageAttention to details and analytical abilityStrong Quantitative SkillsStrong Communication Skills & Collaborative WorkingExcellent Microsoft Excel is a mustDigital literacy is required; programming knowledge is preferred
