They act as the "manufacturer" of travel by negotiating with suppliers and coordinating logistics, unlike travel agents who primarily sell these packages directly to consumers.Package Design: Create and develop unique, profitable travel packages and itineraries based on client preferences, budgets, and market trends.Vendor Negotiation: Build relationships and negotiate rates with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and local guides.Reservation Management: Book accommodations, transportation, and excursions while ensuring bookings are confirmed and documented. Quality Control: Coordinate the seamless execution of the tour and handle any last-minute issues, cancellations, or customer complaints on the ground. Destination Sourcing: Stay up to date with new destinations, local regulations, and travel trends.
