Acting as a key link between the brand and the creator ecosystem, this role ensures strong representation that drives both awareness and commercial growth. It requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and strong stakeholder management.Key Responsibilities1. Influencer Strategy & PartnershipsDevelop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy aligned with brand objectives and product launchesIdentify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers, health experts, and brand ambassadorsManage contracts, deliverables, and ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and compliance standards2. PR & Media RelationsLead PR initiatives and build strong relationships with media, editors, and industry journalistsPrepare press releases, media kits, and briefing documents for launches and key announcementsOrganize media events, press activations, and product seeding campaigns to maximize exposure3. Performance Tracking & ReportingMonitor and report on influencer performance, tracking KPIs such as reach, engagement, and conversionsSupport quarterly reviews by evaluating ROI from PR and influencer activitiesTrack competitor activity and emerging trends to maintain market competitiveness4.
