Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Execution: Develop, define, and organize project activitieswith concrete timelines to create robust project plans. Manage all projectvariables including scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communications,risk, procurement, and stakeholders. Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, prioritize, and mitigateproject risks. Escalate issues appropriately and ensure timely resolution Stakeholder Management: Create positive relationships with stakeholders acrossall business levels (local and regional) by managing expectations and agreedobjectives. Ensure transparent and effective communication. Quality Assurance and Reporting: Ensure deliverables meet defined qualitystandards. Provide accurate and timely weekly status reports and maintain 100%reporting accuracy. Agile and Scrum Support: Support software development projects utilizing Scrummethodology. Facilitate collaboration and remove obstacles to keep teams ontrack. Governance and Compliance: Adhere to and promote the standardized PMOmethodologies, tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, PWA), and reporting frameworksestablished by the global PMO. Performance Tracking: Monitor project performance against KPIs, includingSchedule Performance Index (SPI ≥90%) and Budget Adherence (≥95%).Required Skills and QualificationsExperience:Minimum of 3 years in Project Management.At least 1 year of experience managing IT projects.Technical Knowledge: Understanding project management knowledge areas (integration, scope,schedule, cost, quality, resources, communication, risk, procurement,stakeholder management). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices. Proficiency with PMO tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, MS Project, Jira, Confluence,Power BI).Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to influence and communicate effectively at all organizational levels. Curiosity and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.Certifications (Desired): CAPM, PMP, or Prince2 Foundation. Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (LSS-YB).Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a centralized PMO or shared services environment. Experience managing projects across multiple EMEA countries. Basic understanding of AI-enabled project management concepts.
