· Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to Users issues with highest response.· Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.· Update Users data and produce activity reports.· Inform Users to problem solving process.· Follow up with Users, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution.· Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed Users expectations.· Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure.· Build, install and configure workstations for HQ and other sites and branches.· Coding, Tracing and inventorying IT service HUB assets.· Set up hardware and install and configure software and drivers.· Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems on network.· Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide solutions to restore functionality.· Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve issues.· Solving all end user’s problems in the head office and manage other departments and sites without resident IT support.Education Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Communication Engineering or computer science. ITIL is preferable.Experience Requirements: Total Years of Experience: 3 YearSpecial Industry background: Recommended to be in medium to large IT Support environments and corporations, preferred in multinational environments.
