Facilities Manager

Review and monitor Schedule and budget of MEP works and its integration within overall business plan, close monitoring of Planned values during project life cycle.Closely coordinate with technical team to assure the completion of MEP works in the relevant deadline.Identify non-compliances and seek resolution or escalate the issue.Closely coordinate with the procurement team any required materials to be delivered.Manage the timely completion of construction deliverables in accordance with handing over dates and assure the quality of the deliverables as per the scope.Evaluate the variations and adjustments to client scope, review and assess the impacts.Follow established budgets, cost plans, and report any variances to project controls team.Follow progress updates and communicates them regularly to the operations manager.Knowledge, Skills and Experience:• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.• Minimum 10 years of experience in Facility management.• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook
