Landscape Manager

The Landscape Manager will oversee and coordinate landscape construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality standards and project goals are met. This role entails managing the landscape team, collaborating with clients and contractors, and championing sustainable landscaping practices within our construction initiatives.RESPONSIBILITIESManage landscape construction projects by coordinating with design teams, contractors, and clients.Develop project timelines, budgets, and scopes while ensuring adherence to company standards and local regulations.Supervise and mentor landscape crew members, providing training and guidance to ensure high-quality workmanship.Implement sustainable practices to promote environmental stewardship and innovation in landscaping solutions.Conduct site visits to assess project progress and quality, resolving any issues that arise promptly and effectively.Evaluate and select appropriate materials and plants while maintaining an inventory of supplies and equipment.Liaise with clients to address project expectations, gather feedback, and build lasting relationships.REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape management or related construction roles.Strong knowledge of landscape design, horticultural practices, and construction principles.Proven experience in project management, including familiarity with budgeting and resource allocation.Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of managing diverse teams and client relationships.Proficient in landscape design software and tools, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar programs.Certifications in landscape management or landscaping (e.g., Landscape Industry Certified) are a plus.
