Job Brief : The Infrastructure Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of engineering infrastructure systems and facilities. The role ensures infrastructure reliability, safety, efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across engineering projects and operations. This position manages technical teams, coordinates with contractors and stakeholders, and supports strategic infrastructure development initiatives.Responsibilities : Manage engineering infrastructure operations, maintenance, and improvement projects.Oversee utilities, facilities, mechanical, electrical, civil, or industrial infrastructure systems.Develop preventive and corrective maintenance programs.Ensure infrastructure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.Lead infrastructure planning, upgrades, and expansion initiatives.Monitor infrastructure performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and government authorities.Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cost-control plans for infrastructure projects.Manage infrastructure risks, emergency response, and business continuity plans.Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.Lead and supervise engineers, technicians, and maintenance teams.Implement asset management and lifecycle management strategies.Ensure quality assurance and adherence to engineering standards.Support sustainability and energy-efficiency initiatives. 7–10 years of relevant infrastructure management experience.Proven experience managing infrastructure projects, operations, and maintenance activities.Experience leading technical teams and contractors.Knowledge of infrastructure systems, asset management, and operational best practices.
