Job Description:Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives and projects.Define project objectives, KPIs, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Commercial teams to ensure successful implementation.Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.Prepare dashboards and present progress reports to senior management.Drive operational excellence, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.Support digital transformation and new product development projects.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Job Requirement:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.10+ years of progressive experience in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial operations, with a proven track record in project and initiative management.Demonstrated experience in leading strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and continuous improvement programs.Strong background in cross-functional leadership, coordinating with Engineering, R&D, Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Commercial teams.Proven ability to develop and manage project plans, roadmaps, budgets, timelines, KPIs, and performance dashboards.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.Excellent command of English, with strong report writing and presentation skills.
