Role SummaryThe Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for driving outbound lead generation, pipeline creation, and initial client engagement across the UAE and GCC markets. The role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospects for Syscort’s offerings including Team Augmentation, AI/Automation, CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), Data & Analytics, and Digital Engineering services.This is a high-impact revenue-enabling role working closely with Account Directors, Presales, and Leadership, with clear ownership of pipeline generation and early-stage deal progression.Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & ProspectingIdentify and build a strong pipeline of prospects across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and GCC marketsExecute multi-channel outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, calls, and platforms like ApolloTarget decision-makers including CTOs, CIOs, Heads of Digital, CX Leaders, and FoundersBuild account intelligence including organizational structure, tech stack, and buying signals2. Opportunity QualificationConduct initial discovery calls to understand business challenges, budgets, timelines, and decision processesQualify leads using structured frameworks (BANT / MEDDIC light approach)Identify use cases around:AI Automation / Voicebots / Workflow automationCRM / CX PlatformsData & AnalyticsTeam Augmentation requirements3. Sales Pipeline ManagementMaintain accurate pipeline in CRM (e.g., HubSpot CRM)Track and manage lead lifecycle from cold outreach → qualified opportunity → meeting/demo scheduledEnsure clean data, follow-ups, and structured communication logs4.
