Key Responsibilities• Develop and oversee installation plans for multiple project sites, ensuring efficient execution and adherence to project schedules.• Lead and coordinate installation teams across all active sites, monitoring progress and addressing operational challenges to maintain productivity.• Assess manpower requirements and ensure the timely deployment of qualified personnel to meet project demands.• Provide technical support and guidance during installation activities, troubleshooting site issues and ensuring compliance with quality standards.• Conduct site visits, measurements, and technical assessments when required during the tendering and project estimation stages.• Coordinate with internal departments, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication.• Monitor installation performance, maintain safety standards, and ensure projects are completed in accordance with company requirements and client expectations.Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in construction and installation projects. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in using surveying and measurement tools and equipment. Strong ability to read, interpret, and understand engineering drawings, technical specifications, and shop drawings.Must own a private car Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and site management skills.
