Job Summary:Responsible for managing all insurance-related activities across the fleet, including policy management, claims handling, risk assessment, and coordination with insurers and internal stakeholders to ensure cost efficiency and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Manage and renew all fleet insurance policies (comprehensive, third-party, etc.)Handle end-to-end claims management process (FNOL, assessment, settlement, recovery)Coordinate with insurance companies, brokers, and surveyorsAnalyze claims data and identify trends to reduce loss ratiosEnsure compliance with local insurance regulations and company policiesReview accident reports and determine liabilityWork closely with operations and fleet teams to minimize risksNegotiate premiums, coverage terms, and service level agreementsMonitor insurance costs vs. budget and recommend optimization strategiesMaintain proper documentation and reporting for all insurance activitiesRequirements:Bachelor's degree (Business, Insurance, or related field)5–10+ years of experience in insurance within:Automotive sectorCar rental / fleet management companiesStrong knowledge of:1-Motor insurance policies2-Claims handling & recovery3-Fleet risk managementExperience dealing with major insurance providers and brokersStrong negotiation and analytical skills
