More information is available at http://investments.metlife.com.Role Description This full-time Insurance Sales Agent role is a hybrid position based in Cairo, Egypt, combining on-site work with some work-from-home flexibility. The Insurance Sales Agent will identify prospective clients, present insurance products, and recommend coverage options that align with client needs and risk profiles. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing and delivering proposals, managing application and underwriting processes, and maintaining accurate records in line with company policies. The role involves providing responsive customer service, handling inquiries and policy changes, coordinating with insurance brokerage partners as needed, and meeting individual and team sales targets. The Insurance Sales Agent will collaborate with internal teams, stay current on product offerings, regulations, and market trends, and uphold ethical, compliant sales practices.Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Insurance Sales and Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Knowledge of Insurance products and concepts, including experience with Insurance Brokerage environments.Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, handle questions, and resolve issues promptly.Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.Ability to work in a hybrid setting, manage time independently, and adapt to both office and remote work environments.Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM systems and common office software.Understanding of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements in the insurance and investment sectors.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or investment-related roles is preferred.
